Proposed Analysis: High dimension valariable selection with nonrandom nonresponse The final motivation of our research is to examine which part of the brain (in voxel level) is significant for developing Alzheimer’s disease. In this research we must deal with the following two challenging issues: 1) nonrandom missingness in RAVLT score (ignoring which can cause serious bias in the result), 2) high dimensional imaging data. In statistics and neuroimaging literature, there are ample room for new scalable method for this high-dimensional variable selection problem with nonrandom nonresponse and our research has the potential to fill the void.
