| Proposed Analysis: | ①Perform correlation of blood-based biomarkers with classical hallmarks of Alzheimer's disease in healthy control, mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's disease groups. ②Find out blood-based biomarkers closely associate with classical hallmarks; ③Built up multiple linear regression models of blood-based biomarkers to predict classical hallmarks; ④Choose the biomarkers from the above best model, and perform logistic regression where AD/non-AD or MCI/HC are dependent variables. ⑤Find out blood-based biomarkers helpful to AD early diagnosis. |
