| Proposed Analysis: | The main analysis consists of obtaining the hub genes from Alzheimer's blood transcriptomics and testing whether they are concordant with GWAS signals.The hub genes will be obtained using a WGCNA analysis and the GWAS signals will be obtained by fine-mapping GWAS signals. |
