| Proposed Analysis: | Deep learning for MRI-based MCI conversion prediction. This project aims to leverage deep learning methods for building interpretable prediction models. With the automatic pattern recognition ability of deep learning, we can directly process MRI data rather than perform feature extraction before building a classifier. In addition, the generalization and interpretation ability of the deep models will be investigated. |
