| Proposed Analysis: | Our laboratory at Tokyo Tech is now pursuing joint research with Faculty of Medicine, Shimane University, Japan. Our research goal is to establish a Deep-learning based technique of harmonization allowing us to ensure high classification accuracy for discriminating the cases of ASD, MCI and controls from the resting-state fcMRI data of multi-source (sites), i.e. ADNI and the hospital of Shimane University. |
