| Proposed Analysis: | All three data sets (AIBL, ADNI, ADNIDOD) would be use to pre-calibrate classification deep networks following the recent "contrastive learning" paradigm. These pre-calibrated networks would be then fine-tuned on complementary neuro-oncology databases, such as the last MICCAI BRATS database, in order to characterize brain tumors. If successful, these approach could be used to support the treatment selection decision of clinicians in the field of oncology. |
