| Proposed Analysis: | I am a Research Intern at the University of California, San Francisco; my Private Investigator is Dr. Srikantan Nagarajan and my mentor is Dr. Sanjay Ghosh. Our goal for this project is to develop a deep learning algorithm to classify neuroimaging data of subjects with different neurological disorders. We are facing class imbalance issues with the current dataset, which is input to a Graph Convolutional Neural Network. Thus, we would like to test this architecture with the ADNI data, a dataset that is bigger and has been tried and tested in numerous research projects. |
