| Proposed Analysis: | My goal is to develop an analytics platform that can analyze different sources radiogenomics data for Alzheimer's patients. The intent is to create a one stop shop for radiogenomics data. Tools for analyzing radiogenomics data are fragmented and a researcher working on radiology data is usually not analyzing biomarker data. My aim is to let researchers use one tool to analyze all data sources so they can ultimately use it to create tailored treatments and therapies for Alzheimer's patients. |
