| Proposed Analysis: | Multi shell DTI data will be used to train and test a machine learning framework that takes single shell data and augments it to estimate scan data at other b-values. This will serve the purpose of making advanced compartment modeling analysis of diffusion MRI data more feasible for clinics with time or hardware constraints that make multi shell HARDI acquisitions impossible. |
