| Proposed Analysis: | Propose to apply recently developed methodology to identify cognitive accelerators and non-accelerators in ADNI study data. This data driven approach uses cognitive trajectories mapped onto a sigmoid curve to identify cognitive accelerators and non-accelerators. Methodology has been previously applied to AIBL study data and presented at CTAD 2021 (poster presentation abstract available https://www.ctad-alzheimer.com/files/files/CTAD21%20Posters.pdf). Intention of this project is to validate methodology with ADNI study data. |
