| Proposed Analysis: | Our goal is to develop statistical methods to examine the associations between the genetics data and the imaging data. Analyzing imaging and genetics data together is an emerging need and poses great challenges for methods development as both data is high dimensional and requires very specialized expertise, but nonetheless, it's imperative to develop these methods. We have formed a working group, with a neuroimaging statistician, a genetics statistician and an imaging expert from the Radiology department, to start this effort. At this stage, we wish to have access to ADNI data in order to explore some initial ideas on the methodology development. |
