Do you know if there is any overlap in subjects between the ADNI samples and the IGAP summary data (http://web.pasteur-lille.fr/en/recherche/u744/igap/igap_download.php)?

Some AD cases and controls from ADNI were included in the ADGC study which in turn is part of IGAP.
