The "ARM" dataset contains the diagnosis assigned at screening. The ARM dataset may be downloaded from the "DOWNLOAD | Study Download" section of the IDA website. There are other datasets that capture diagnosis change over time. These are described in the data dictionary which can be downloaded or searched online here: http://adni.loni.usc.edu/support/
