| Proposed Analysis: | We are currently undertaking a genome wide interaction search (GWIS)that utilises high-throughput computational analysis to explore interactions across the genome. As a member of the International Age Related Macular Degeneration Genetics Consortium, we have identified a series of interesting gene-gene interactions, some of which occur in the APOE gene. We now wish to explore whether these interactions also exist in AD and are common mechanisms to neurodegenerative diseases and hence request access to the ADNI data. |
