| Proposed Analysis: | As for my Masters thesis, I wish to conduct my investigations on the detection of AD from MRI brain slices. I am proposed to use a convolutional neural network in conjuction with deep learning libraries to detect and classify brain images that are of AD. I also wish to compare this with MCI disorders and provide an analysis on this. The ADNI 2 dataset will allow me to access brain imaging in a form that I am able to work with. |
