| Proposed Analysis: | I would like to work with a PhD student to apply machine learning/artificial intelligence methods to identify non-linear patterns linking the upstream genomic and metabolomic data with the downstream changes in brain structure and function (sMRI and fMRI) associated with development of Alzheimer's disease and dementia. This study can help identify the less studied pathological pathways and the results may lead to identification of novel diagnostic or therapeutic targets |
