| Proposed Analysis: | I want the ADNI dataset for my final M.Sc. Project (Dissertation). I read research papers on Alzheimer's Disease and found out that the data for alzheimer's disease is very limited. There are not many open source datasets out there. Also to the best of my knowledge ADNI dataset has only 6,400 images. I need ADNI dataset to train GANs. I plan to use Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to generate synthetic images for Alzheimer's MRI images and create a novel deep learning architecture which will extract features from ADNI dataset images. I plan to train XGBOOST on these extracted features to get a better accuracy. This framework will help to detect Alzheimer's at an early stage. |
