| Proposed Analysis: | We work on a project that aims to develop new DL models able to detect earlier stages of AD, i.e, to early detect the conversion of MCI to AD. So, we aim to distinguish, from a MCI stage, whether a MCI patient is progressing to AD (pMCI) or is still in the MCI stage (sMCI). Among the main steps in the pipeline of the prediction model is the segmentation of the hippocampus and its subfields as it represents one of the first affected regions in AD. To train and test our DL models, we need to use images from the ADNI dataset, particularly structural MRI data. So, can you please give me access to the ADNI dataset. |
