The ADNI Biostatistics Core will be holding the second part of a two-part web-based training session on ADNI data on:

Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 8-10am PDT.

For those who did not participate in the first training and are new to ADNI or are not familiar with the LONI website, please refer to the slides from the first training (available for download under Training Sessions at http://adni.loni.usc.edu/support/) prior to attending this session. The focus of this session will be on the challenges of working with ADNI data, including commonly used files, merging files, samples of the Biostatistics Core code, working with the ADNIMERGE packages, and using cross-validation. We have a limited number of available incoming telephone lines for participation in the training, so we encourage people to call-in as groups whenever possible. A repeat session may be held if needed. All materials will be available on the LONI website after the training.

If interested, please contact Naomi Saito (nhsaito@ucdavis.edu) to sign up (and include names of individuals that will be in your group if you are signing up as a group). Call-in numbers and web conference participation information will be sent out prior to the training to all individuals who have signed up.
