Dear ADNI scientist,

After downloading whole-genome sequencing VCF files, I have faced a subject who lacks any SNP for X and mitochondrial chromosomes.

The subject ID is: 003_S_1057

Could you please guide me on this issue.

We are looking into this issue. There may be a problem with some of the data we received from Illumina for ID 003_S_1057 and you may wish to exclude this participant from your analysis for now. In the future we may have reanalyzed variant data for this ID.
