In plink data i found 2 different SNP annotations one starting with rs(i know this annotation)and one with kgp what dose it mean? and what is the (rs) equivalent notation for that SNP.
for example: rs12081383 and kgp15308596

There are many kgp markers in the Omni2.5M array data. The following link will show how to convert kgp to rs number:
