Could you please provide a correspondence table between the sample IDs used in the multi-sample VCFs (e.g. 08AD6536) generated from WGS data by GATK, and the PTIDs (e.g. 002_S_0413) and/or the WGS sample IDs (e.g. LP6005118-DNA_B03) ?
