Hi expert,
I downloaded the resting state fMRI data ( NiFTI 4D) and noticed that in the header TR had a value of 1 which I thought should be 3s instead. Is this a mistake? Thanks!

Yes, the typically TR for ADNI2 fMRI is 3 seconds.

Perhaps the NiFTI header is not reliable, please use the raw images for correct header values.
