How do I convert the ADNI2 visit descriptions in the 'Visit' field in MPRAGEMETA.csv to ADNI1/ADNIGO visit codes (e.g., m12, m24, etc.)?

For example, what should 'ADNI2 Initial Visit-Cont Pt' be converted to?
