Dear MRI Core persons,

I have matched MCI patients to available biomarker data and other data. I have made 486 matches. My assumption was that there would be a FLAIR or a Dual echo for each participant. I use the PID of my matched data to start an advanced search on the LONI site. However I can only localize 444 T2 weighted images, while I do have 486 T1 images. So either my method of selection is flawed or there are indeed less T2 images.
