I downloaded WGS data
how many participants(normal,MCI,AD) of WGS data after select baseline diagnosis only?

We have not counted the number of participants in each group. You can find it by looking at PTID (ROSTER.csv) and diagnostic information (DXSUM_PDXCONV_ADNIALL.csv) at visit of your interest.
