we would like to kindly inform you that the fMRI data have the problems mentioned in this link:
http://adni.loni.usc.edu/methods/mri-analysis/mri-pre-processing/
I would kindly to know if it was possible to have the scans that have undergone the maximum level of correction and data that are considered the best in the quality ratings and have undergone gradwarping, intensity correction, and have been scaled for gradient drift using the phantom data. we need immediately for our study and publications fmri data.
waiting for urgent response. cordially

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core

The fMRI data acquired for ADNI2 is not pre-processed as was done for the MPRAGE/IR-FSPGR T1 data. The fMRI data is considered raw off the scanner.

Thank you
