I am a little overwhelmed by the wealth of data available on the site, however, I seem to be unable to find global SUVRs for all of the 818 WGS samples. Would you please point me in the right direction? Thank you

Are you looking for global florbetapir SUVRs? If so you can download them from the Download --> Study Data page. Look for the UC Berkeley - AV45 Analysis file, and refer to the corresponding Dictionary and Methods (PDF) documents for more information.
