The ADNI Genetics Core has released GWAS data for ADNI GO/2 participants which is now available from the download section.  Due to the large volume of data, the 432 individual subject files have been compressed into 9 zip files.  Please note that the new GWAS uses an updated chip so the new data do not exactly match earlier ADNI 1 files.
