ADNI Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) Data Now Available

ADNI WGS Data is now available for download.  SNP files in VCF format may be downloaded from the data archive by logging in and navigating to the Genetic Data Download section.   Due to their large size, the VCF files have been compressed into 29 zip files, each approximately 2GB in size.  More information may be found in the Introduction and Procedures for Accessing Data document HERE.
