In the adas_adnigo23 table, looking at Q4TASK and Q4SCORE, it appears that when PHASE equals "ADNI3", Q4SCORE equals the number of words CORRECTLY recalled in the ADAS delayed word recall task. For all other values of PHASE, it appears that Q4SCORE equals the number of words NOT CORRECTLY recalled in the ADAS delayed word recall task. Is this correct?

I asked the Clinical Core about this and they said they thought these are data entry errors (unlike in previous phases of ADNI, sites have to enter the subscores and it appears as though this Delayed Recall question has been consistently entered incorrectly). The Clinical Core will be correcting these error-prone site-entered scores from now on, so they should fixed in the next few days.
