my name is Damiano Archetti and I am currently working with ADNIMERGE data.Is there any imaging volume biomarker processed using freesurfer v5.3 as well? If so where can I find them in the ADNIMERGE package?

The lab that processes the images using FreeSurfer and provides those data (some of which has been incorporated into the ADNIMERGE file; all data are in the package) used version 4.3 in ADNI-1 and version 5.1 in ADNI-GO/2. I believe they will be using the latest version of FreeSurfer in ADNI-3.
