Dear ADNI team

I'm very sorry for asking a question again.
I am a researcher in an R&D sector of a pharmaceutical company.
Can I use ADNI data for research purpose, e.g., teaching and training data handling and image processing, conducting epidemiologic study, or publishing article?
When a member of a private company uses ADNI data, is it regarded as a commercial use which is prohibited in TERM OF USE?
I also want to know whether it could be regarded as a violation of the TERM OF USE, if I get any insights or ideas from such research use, and apply it to any patents and/or products.
