We are currently still working with the ADNI MRI Cross-Sectional FreeSurfer Version 4.3 and 5.1datasets and were wondering if there is a measure of whole brain volume that is available? Or if there is a way that it could be calculated using the available data spreadshrrt like TADPOLE_D1_D2.csv?

Do you need ICV or total tissue volume?
