I'm an employee at LONI, currently using the ADNI2 subset for DTI analysis. I realized that ADNI2 participants weren't genotyped using the Illumina Quad-Core 610 Bead Chip. What array was used and what are the updated protocols for ADNI2?

In ADNI-GO/2 we used the Illumina Human OmniExpress array. A preferred way to combine with data from ADNI-1, if that is of interest, is to impute both sets of results to a common framework such as the 1000 Genomes reference set.
