May I ask what is the phase encode direction of the DTI scanner for all the sites? AP or PA. For this kind of information, is there a link or file I can download to learn the details?

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.

The phase encoding direction is expected to be P to A. That being said we have encountered a prescription bug within the Siemens systems were sometimes the enchoding direction is flipped or incorrect. This is noted in our QC, however we would recommend you check the DICOM headers withing the scan to ensure phase encoding direction.
