Question
Question Posted 09/30/20:
Hello,
I'm working with the ADNI fMRI data. I noticed that some of the scans are labelled Axial_fcMRI_0_angle_(EYES_OPEN). I was wondering what the 0_angle piece meant and how they are different from the other non-multiband ADNI3 scans?
Thanks,
Mike

Thanks for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
The _0_angle_ is an addition to the series description by the scanning site to remind the technologists to not angle the scanning plane.
There should be no difference to similar data.
