You can find the ADNI APOE genotype information in the "Access Data and Samples" section.

If you already downloaded the genetic data from the ADNI LONI, that means, you have a permission to access to the ADNI APOE data. Just login the ADNI LONI and then we can find the "Data & Samples" section, from where you can download the ADNI APOE genetype information.
