Question Posted 07/17/22:
Hello experts,
I am working on ADNI fMRI data and using the "MAYOADIRL_MRI_FMRI_NFQ_05_09_22.csv" spreadsheet to find out the slice timing as suggested in previous posts. However, the slice timing is not in BIDS format (< the TR and slice timing value 1 does not equal 0) and is incompatible with preprocessing software.
My question is how do I know when time is 0 and is it possible for me to assume that the first slice timing value is time = 0. This way I could subtract the first value from all values to get the slice timing in BIDS format.
Best,
Sam

It's probably ok to take the minimum time and subtract that off to get a zero time. As ADNI has no physio monitoring, absolute time is largely irrelevant.
