How to obtain details of subjects with MRI for MCI patients and MCI converted to AD

Diagnostic information is contained in the diagnostic summary table. On the LONI data repository this table can be found under Download -> Study data -> Assessments -> Diagnosis -> Diagnostic Summary.

Subjects in this table, and in other tables, are indexed by Roster ID (RID), and the imaging data indexed by subject ID. These two IDs can be reconciled using the roster table (Download -> Study data -> Enrollment -> Roster.csv), where the "PTID" column contains the IDs that are used in the imaging data.

To download imaging data for a specific set of subject IDs, navigate to the 'advanced search' tab of the imaging collection on the LONI repository. On the sidebar under the 'search section' heading check the box next to 'subject', and enter a comma-separated list of subject IDs into the 'subject id' field.
