I saw "Axial DTI", "Average DC", and "Fractional Aniso." in describing DTI images. What's the difference between them since the sequence info looks the same? (only difference I saw was z dimension which was the largest in "Axial DTI")
In addition, would "Axial DTI" yield 3D images of FA, MD, RD, and MO when DTIfit from FSL were to be run?

Yes, Axial DTI is the raw data that is acquired from the scanner. "Average DC", and "Fractional Aniso." are derived series from the Axial DTI sequence created by the scanner during reconstructions. Yes, Axial DTI should be used to yield 3D images of FA, MD, RD, and MO in FSL.
