How can I obtain slice order of resting-state fMRI data, especially for those scanned in Philips MRI scanner?

We do our best to determine the slice order for resting-state fMRI images, we report them in our fMRI analysis report: "Jack Lab - fMRI Network Failure Quotient (NFQ) [ADNIGO,2,3]".
This report can be found in the LONI website under the ADNI Trial, Download menu > Study Data > Imaging > MR Image Analysis.
