Question
Question Posted 04/24/24:
Hey,
For fMRI there are different protocols (namely, description) e.g.:
Resting_State_fMRI, Extended_Resting_State_fMRI
AXIAL_RS_fMRI__EYES_OPEN_, Axial_rsFMRI_Eyes_Open and etc.
and my question is, if the description doesn't say "Eyes Open", does it mean that subjects had their eyes closed while scanning?
Thanks in advance!

Thank you for your question to the MRI core. This is not correct. All subjects are instructed to keep their eyes open for the fMRI sequence.
Thank you
