Dear MRI Core,
We are running a study doing analyses on cortical surface stats from datasets of different AD cohorts. We would like to include ADNI in this. For this, we would need the .stats files as are output by FS for the longitudinal analysis, but we have been unable to find them in the ADNI database. Is there somewhere in the database that we missed where these files can be acquired? If not, is there another way we can access these .stats files?

Results from individual .stats files were collated to a single csv file including results from all ADNI participants. These are available at LONI/IDA page under Download > Study Data > MR Imaging Analysis. There a separate UCSF FreeSurfer result csv files corresponding to different ADNI phases. A general DataDic is also posted at LONI/IDA.
