Can you please confirm that AV45 in the ADNIMERGE data set was derived from an MRI-dependent process? In other words, these participants should all have MRI scans at the time of amyloid PET scans. MRI scans for some of these participants seem unavailable to download.

Yes, the UC Berkeley AV45 / Amyloid dataset was analyzed using regions of interest defined on a corresponding MRI. The methods are described in the UC Berkeley Amyloid PET Methods document (PDF) that is located near the AV45 / Amyloid PET dataset on Study Data. When an MRI at the same timepoint as the amyloid PET scan was not available, the next closest MRI was used.
