Question
Question Posted 08/30/24:
Hello, my research group is interested in downloading and processing the GE 3D pCASL images. It is my understanding that the M0 is available for these images, but we are not sure which file corresponds to this in IDA (e.g., "Calibration Scan"?). Would someone be able to point me to the name of this scan (or confirm whether it is the Calibration Scan)? Thank you!

Thank you for your question to the ADNI MRI Core.
The M0 for GE part of the DICOM images produced by the scanner.
GE Calibration scans are not affiliated with the pCASL sequences, They are a used to help calibrate the head coil/power/signal/settings needed needed for the scanning session.
