Can I use data from FMRI, SMRI, PET, CSFT tau, CSFP tau modalities to fuse information from a subject? How can I search for the results I want? Can you recommend using Original, Pre processed, or Post processed data types for me

Yes, this data is all available through the LONI image downloader. If you need assistance helping create collections we would suggest that you contact LONI directly for assistance.
For novel users we would recommend using post processed data whenever possible. Advanced users often times have their own data processing streams in which case we would request starting with raw DICOM.
