I see that there are mass spectrometry (proteomics) data available. How do I download those? I have access to LONI ADNI but I do not see that cohort anywhere. Any help would be appreciable.

ADNI data is only available for approved ADNI users.
Instructions to apply for ADNI data access can be found here: https://adni.loni.usc.edu/data-samples/adni-data/#AccessData.
Once you have access to ADNI data, the ADNI proteomics data can be located under the ‘Biospecimen’ section of Study Data.
