Is there any method to get the subjects who have progressed from MCI to AD. Also need subjects which didn't progress to AD. How to download MRI images corresponding to both?

Progressors can be worked out using the PTID, DIAGNOSIS, and EXAMDATE fields in the diagnostic summary table (DXSUM.csv). Each PTID corresponds to a participant, and the combination of DIAGNOSIS and EXAMDATE give diagnostic classification at a given date. Progression can then be determined based on these participant-specific diagnostic trajectories.
MRI and other imaging data are associated with the PTID identifier, so once you've determined a list of progressors you can use the list of PTIDs to perform an image search and download the relevant files from the IDA.
