APOE genotypes are now being posted monthly. Microarray-based genotyping, and when possible whole genome sequencing, are completed periodically. Genome wide data will be posted in batches when available. Genome wide data is available for ADNI-1/GO/2/3 but not ADNI-4 at this time.
